Porcha Anthony Davis is a dedicated attorney based in Birmingham, Alabama, with a passion for advocating for individuals who have been wronged—both in the workplace and beyond.

Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Porcha earned her Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law, where she served as President of the Black Law Students Association and worked as a research assistant and student mediator. Before entering private practice, she gained invaluable experience clerking for federal and state judges, including the Honorable U.S. Magistrate Judge Katherine Nelson in the Southern District of Alabama and the Honorable Judge Greg Griffin of the 15th Judicial Circuit.

Porcha is licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama, with her bar application currently pending for admission in the State of Georgia. Her practice primarily focuses on employment law matters such as discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage violations, and she is also expanding her practice to include personal injury cases.

Known for her thoughtful advocacy, meticulous preparation, and client-centered approach, Porcha is committed to ensuring that every client feels heard, informed, and empowered while navigating some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
